"There was one staff member that was kind of rude all the gentlemen I guess he was the maintenance guy or something. The pool was closed at 98° and I guess you have to go to the front desk and let them open the gate for you. they should let you know out front when you checking in about those little things breakfast was excellent as always bar was OK and very clean rooms."

"Absolutely perfect relaxing getaway; we’ll be back!We had the most wonderful weekend at this beautiful home and truly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hosts put so much care and attention into every detail.The space itself is stunning; filled with warm light and a cozy, inviting interior that immediately made us feel at home. It was the ideal setting for a relaxing weekend getaway. The home was spotlessly clean and the hosts didn’t miss a single detail; everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided. The kids had a blast sending postcards to family back home!The hosts were so warm and welcoming. They even gave us a personal tour of the home, the lake grounds, and showed us where the kayaks are kept; such a lovely touch that made the stay feel extra special. They also shared great ideas for local attractions based on the weather, which helped us make the most of our time.This place is both family-friendly and pet-friendly, which made it perfect for us. We already look forward to coming back in the near future. Thank you so much for hosting us; we had an amazing stay!P.S. Easy car ride to and from Saratoga Springs."

"The stay was bliss! Harold and his wife have a beautiful farm that with a lake, sweet farm animals and a rustic cabin that has its own shaded cove.We are returning later this year as we didn’t get enough!"

"My stay at the Haslett House was a total delight. Paul, who runs this bed and breakfast, is a gracious and generous host. I was fascinated by his stories about how he bought the house and about his work to create a beautiful period setting from the late 1800's when the house was built. He pours love into the property and it shows. He is still in process with the exterior as he brings it up to his very high standards. The interior is well-appointed with countless treasures I only stayed one night but would have been happy for more. I slept well, enjoyed the delicious breakfast made to order and loved seeing an Amish horse and buggy drive by in the morning when I looked out the bedroom window. I am spreading the word about this hidden gem. It is only 20 minutes from Cooperstown and numerous other fun tourist attractions in the area."

"All around just a cute little place. Very clean and perfect with the fenced in yard for our dogs.This however, does not seem like a side road. Very fast traffic. Busy with motorcycles and racing cars. We walked our pups down to the beach just once to find out it is not pet friendly none of the beaches around there were so that put a bit of a damper on our trip.We will be back next time without them "
