There are many amenities (pool, tennis, table tennis, basketball) to enjoy plus a couple of nice areas to sit outside and eat or enjoy the evening. "Nice jacuzzi and a perfectly equipped and nicely decorated house. Good air condition, satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque grill, beautiful garden, for us it was really a dream. The owner helped us within 20min when we had a problem with the door and fixed it. He gave us a lot of good advices where to go for good restaurants or scienic trips."

"We just returned from a week in Puglia. The home is centrally located so it is easy to take driving trips to Matera, Bari, Polignano a mare, and several other places. The home is extremely clean and well equipped. The rooms are air conditioned. Salvatore truly makes you feel at home. He gave us tons of good advice about what to do and where to go. He was extremely easy to communicate with. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat."

The sea view from the balcony of the marina was lovely and we loved having our morning cuppa watching the fishermen in their boats. Strangely the kitchen had no cutting knives or scissors. "We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool, dining area and bbq were lovely and the huge gardens were beautiful. The Villa was well equipped, the beds were comfy and all rooms were very spacious. The location was great very close to shops and restaurants and it served as a good base to explore the wider area. A mid-stay clean and towel/linen change would’ve been appreciated- otherwise all absolutely perfect- thank you!"

"Magnifique séjour dans cette villa. Piscine privée qui fait du bien sous 45°! A environ 30 min de magnifiques villes et villages comme Alberobello, Loco Rotondo etc . Plages à 10 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire Danilo est très sympathique et répond rapidement en cas de questions sur la maison ou encore pour nous conseiller des choses sympa à faire dans la région ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans les Pouilles !"

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the villa is remote, you do need a car, and the roads are quite narrow when first approaching... but once youve navigated the roads a few time they offer little difficulty. "We had a great time at Ermanno’s apartment! We were a group of 8 visiting my parents in Bari. The apartment was large enough for us to comfortably have meals all together. We also rented a car so having a garage was so convenient! The oven and fridge didn’t work, which was a bit of a disappointment because we were hoping to use the oven for our meals (we had some dietary needs in our group so eating out for every meal didn’t work for us). "It was very hard to decide what star rating to give this property. When we booked it, we were completely under the impression that we would have the whole place to ourselves. Nothing in the description suggested to us that the trulli complex is attached to the owners' house (connecting door is kept locked from their side). Although we had our own entrance door, the driveway, parking and access paths are shared. In fact, the owners (Francesca & Giuseppe and children) need to walk past the kitchen...
