"All staff were exceptional.
Pool was clean and beautiful, and staff were attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning situation wasn’t comprehensive. We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, and had no issues doing so. The man at the front desk was a standout - such a sweet soul. Bathrooms were also a great size compared to what we’ve seen in Europe thus far."

"Very surprising!!!
We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this!
Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives!

It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
