The resort is beautiful. The golf course is incredible. The golf staff Ben (I hope that was his name. He worked Sunday July 7th and Saturday afternoon July 13th) and Kate were very helpful and awesome to deal with. I think the food selection was slim and they didn’t have the pizza bar. Luca and Davide were the best bartenders!

I was a bit disappointed with the dining option on Monday night. There was no restaurant open and a limited menu on the terrace. The bar was also closed which was disappointing meaning I had to go into trim in a taxi to watch the euros

Relaxed and very comfortable stay. Compliments to the very fine staff, especially those looking after our room and general housekeeping, unobtrusive and of a high standard. Excellent reception and very helpful at all times.

We stayed here for one night. Lobby area very grand. We were checked in very quickly. Rooms are spacious and well kept and presented. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint we had about our stay was regular slamming of room doors. Doors would only close properly if slammed. We heard loud slams throughout the night and early morning as people were going to and from their rooms.

Hotel was nice, good size room with very comfortable bed, staff were very friendly. Food and service in restaurant was a little disappointing. We did however enjoy our stay.

The service all around was very poor the restaurant staff all young and inexperienced after ordering steak for dinner only to be told twenty minutes later they had no steak that was our disaster for a second night involving dinner we also had to ask cleaning staff to empty our bin and make the bed cocktails went from ok to disaster again inexperienced staff during our stay my husband and i witnessed other guests venting their frustration it was a very disappointing easter break . I’ve been coming to Knightsbrook for 10 years and don’t think I’ll be returning after this stay. The food in the terrace lounge was abysmal. We were served “pork belly bites” that were just scraps of meat and lukewarm, tough, chewy steak. The table next to us ordered the same and sent it back. We went to the bar afterwards for a drink but it was freezing cold and we couldn’t stay for long. The staff are very young and not very well trained. An unfortunate decline for a once lovely hotel.

Have to say for a last minute, short relaxing break the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Due to a recent arm injury I made the most of the Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi, very theraputic.
