The sleeping area, featuring a double bed, is functionally separated from the rest of the unit by a partition, allowing each space to be used for its intended purpose. A comfortable two-seater sofa bed is available.

The unit features an inverter air conditioner/heat pump, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kettle

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer and an induction cooktop.

Parking spaces in the building’s car park are available to guests free of charge.

This small apartment building, set in a quiet area, is located in the Costa Paradiso region, a natural park of unique beauty, where the beach and coves are surrounded by red granite rocks nestled among the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean scrub.

A short distance away—about 300 metres—is the Costa Paradiso town centre, featuring a supermarket, a chemist, a bar, a restaurant, a bakery, a hair salon, an ATM, and much more.

The apartment is about 1 km from the fantastic Li Cossi beach (a 4-minute drive) and other stunning natural coves of rare beauty.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (late check-in may incur an additional fee)

Tourist tax to be paid at check-in, in accordance with the local municipality’s tax regulations.

Utility bills (water, electricity, gas) are included in the price.

Recycling is mandatory, in accordance with the instructions provided by the host.

Failure to comply, or leaving trash scattered about, will result in a €100 penalty.

A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival.

At check-in or shortly before arrival, you will be provided with the Welcome Book, which includes recommendations about the area and local activities, as well as the house rules.

Signing the rental agreement is mandatory at check-in.

In compliance with security regulations, each guest’s identification documents (including those of minors) must be presented no later than check-in so that the information can be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
