Villa Positano is a new house located in a terraced complex called Il Nuovo Borgo, just steps from Longa beach in Isola Rossa. Detached, it is currently being renovated and furnished in a coastal style, creating a relaxing, bright, and fresh atmosphere for your seaside holidays. It will be ready after May 25th. Villa Positano comprises a covered veranda with exposed wooden beams, furnished with a table and six chairs, and a sofa for admiring your fiery red sunsets. The house is on one floor, with an open space comprising a living room/kitchen in light-colored solid wood, a bedroom, and a large bathroom decorated in shades of the sea, making it pleasant and ultra-comfortable. Another terrace features a washing machine, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Finally, a garden with some plants and Mediterranean scents. Ideal for spending evenings in joy, comfort, and serenity.
