"My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Medici Hotel in September 2025 (Executive double apartment). We absolutely loved the apt and the hotel. The suite was spacious, very modern and had a huge full bathroom, plus a guest toilet. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and luxurious, and all the hotel personnel were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is also perfectly located in the old city. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Dusseldorf.

"The stay was fabulous. The front desk staff were very friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Location is too good. Loved the hotel. Modern and very clean."

"Room was very comfortable and bed was one of the best we’d slept in. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. Very clean with fab toiletries and little extras. The only thing I’d say is that the bathroom door could be a little more private due to its transparency when the light is on. Could maybe do with a curtain over it like the shower. Not a great problem as we got used to it but if you like your privacy then it’s something I think guests should be aware of.
The location of the hotel was fabulous. Quiet but very central for everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Bar area was lovely and kept very neat and clean.
