"This hotel was booked mainly on price but after booking in, we decided to stay for the week. Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people. I would post photos but they say they are too big. "We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

"We were met with a smile and easily made it to our room. The location was outstanding with easy availability parking. The hotel bar was outstanding and had quality drinks. The dinner at the restaurant was one of if not the best we had in Italy. The room and bathroom were very clean. And tea and coffee were available in the room. Breakfast was also provided and was delicious. When we left, we were even given a nice parting gift. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. "

After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response!
