Great breakfast

Excellent hotel at a good price. Great view from the window. It's located close to the bus station and it's right next door to a shopping mall: very convenient. Room was quiet and peaceful.

Nice hotel in very convenient location, pleasant if slightly unorganised staff. We only had brief stay, the room wasn’t made up to our specification (sofa bed wasn’t made up or extra towel in room) even though the hotel had prior knowledge that 3 would be using room, that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had early night due to needing to get train in the morning, sadly it was very noisy with children running around shouting which is more an issue with bad parenting rather than the hotel. One other problem was that the WiFi was hopeless.

The hotel itself is very nice, its new its modern, close to every attraction in Old Town but the room we recieved was close to the highway so all night long was super loud as cars and motorcycles passed by. Another thing was the bed, it was super hard to lay on. We had to use the comforters to lay under our bodies to get some comfort and softness. We did notice at other hotels they use mattress toppers which does make a huge difference. I do have to emphasize that we missed the breakfast time frame but the lady making food was so nice and made sure we ate. She stayed to make us food. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids so that was very thoughtful and THANK YOU! Again its a beautiful hotel, beautiful location very close to everything.
