Elegant, safe, relaxing property set in residential neighborhood away from the Firenze crowds. But still very close walking distance or tram stop to Duomo, Uffizzi, Academia, Ponte Vechio etc. Beautiful classic + modern decor with lovely gardens for apertivo. AC worked very well and comfortable bed - very restful stay after all the tours and walking. Breakfast is exceptional - delicious, fresh, bountiful with many selections to suit all palettes. Plus great local restaurants and shops within two blocks of property. Felt like I was in a lovely private residence with all the comfort and amenities of an upscale and welcoming home. Highly recommend to property.

I would say this is a 3.5 star property. The room was clean but basic, same for the bathroom and amenities like soap etc. the location is very central but the room was still quiet. There is no concierge and the staff was not able to make any reservations for us.

Stay was excellent. Breakfast and one dinner at the Villa were very good. Only minor issue was the extender for the WiFi was not working, which limited the WiFi to only the living room and kitchen area. Still workable.
