Luxury Trogir Beach House

This unique 4bedroom villa is situated directly at the beach and just 15 minutes walk from the UNESCO protected old town centre of Trogir.
It offers stunning views and photo oportunities everywhere you look. South facing glass fasade with glass railings provide uninterrupted sea views from every room in the house and the interior, besides beeing comfortable, contemporary and luxurious, is quite photogenich too. Persian rugs, designer furniture by Philip Stark, Eileen Grey and the Corona chair by Poul Volther will make you feel a touch of glam while catching a tan during your seaside vacation.

Villa is located at the beachfront on Ciovo island just 15 minutes from the Trogir center. Airport is some 25 min drive away and Split about na hour. Location is ideal for exploring of the cost (nearby cities such is Split, Šibenik, Vodice, Primošten) and the close by national parks such as NP Krka and NP Kornati.

Great stay!

WE LOVED THIS PLACE!! Such a beautiful location. LOVED having our own space, and to be able to dive right into the Sea was a dream!! My family loved being in the home. Mornings were so peaceful. Having breakfasts outside was the most magical experience. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Fantastic location - lots of time to relax and enjoy the little beach at your doorstep, the sunsets and the enormous amount of space. Small supermarket across the road, restaurants within walking distance, great outdoor table, umbrella and sunbeds out the back The old town of Trogir is a super quick drive or a hilly walk- great for dinner options and a walk or an ice cream Our host was super easy to deal with. Friendly and flexible and all information provided The beach house is perfect for a family of 5-6 who are after a few days to relax

Major-league holiday!

Marija was a GREAT host and very responsive before and during our stay. This home is absolutely stunning and steps from the water with private area and walkway but also very close to a public beach, (although not used by others much). There is a restaurant a short walk done the beach and a convenience store right by the restaurant as well. You can take the ‘short cut’ walking road into the marina area, coffee shops and old Trogir. Very steep at points, but quaint and with beautiful views along the way. The home itself is very modern and EVERY spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that face the water! The pictures posted are the most true representation that I’ve ever experienced! Common space inside and the outside patio is great for a family or group to gather and enjoy time together. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and we’d return in a heartbeat the next time we visit Trogir! Marija was also very helpful with recommendations regarding transport and activities!

Toller Familienurlaub in einem wunderschönen, großen Haus direkt am Meer

Das Haus ist wunderschön, geräumig und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse grenzt an das Meer und ist sehr groß mit reichlich Mobiliar.
