July 2023 vacation stay

We had a wonderful vacation and the location was perfect. The view is amazing, the beach is perfect with children’s and the location is great to visit the island. Only comments: no hand towels and no washcloth, no hand soap (you have to bring your own). There is a nespresso machine (so if you have capsule you can bring them, otherwise there is a store at a 20 min drive.) we really enjoyed the location, the owner was always fast to answer our questions and we would come back for sure!

The only problem was finding the place. The address was mislocated by a navigation system. The navigation system led us to "the address" that had no rental property apparent. The property was actually around a corner and half a block down another street, Took a half hour or so to find the right place.

Séjour au T4

La propriétaire se réfugie derrière un service de conciergerie. L’accueil a été difficile, les indications incomplètes. J’ai dû menacer la propriétaire de porter plainte auprès de VRBO afin qu’elle respecte les inclusions, et encore elle ne l’a fait que partiellement.

séjour agreable

nous avons passé un séjour agréable, appartement face à la mer pour une baignade il suffit juste de descendre les escaliers, vue magnifique sur la baie, bateau pour fort de france juste en face, restaurant juste à côté à pied, par contre plusieurs chose sont a revoir dans l'appartement le canapé était très sales plein de tâches,la pression de l'eau dans les douches insuffisante, remonté d'urine dans la chambre avec la douche, la clim dans la chambre du fond qui coule, le lave vaisselle qui était mal fixé, le ménage était limite, beaucoup de vis a vis appartement au premier étage, il nous a manqué un drap en arrivant il fallait attendre près de la fin de notre séjour pour en avoir un, le service de conciergerie n'est pas sur place ce n'etait pas evident de fixer un rdv si il nous manquait quelque chose, on a pu comme même s'arranger avec la conciergerie pour garder l'appartement un peu plus tard le jour de notre départ

trop de vis a vis

l'appartement est au 1er etage, tres bas. la grande terrasse ne peut vraiment s'apprecier à cause du vis à vis avec les autres residents. les chambres sont spartiates rien pour poser la valise. aucune pression dans les deux douches. sinon l'appartement est juste devant la petite plage d'Anse Mitan et tres près des commerces. une baie vitree dont la serrure est cassee donc obligé de fermer le volet roulant des que nous partions.

Vue extraordinaire mais quelques manques

Appartement avec une vue imprenable et vaste terrasse. Stationnement privé et sécuritaire. Plusieurs items essentiels n’étaient pas dans l'appartement: pas de débarbouillettes, pas de serviettes pour essuyer ses mains, pas de shampoings et pas de savon à douche, malgré ce qui était indiqué sur l’annonce. Couvert et ustensiles pour seulement 6 personnes. Nous avons reçu un double des clés pour l’appartement uniquement dans notre troisième semaine, nous obligeant à limiter nos sorties, étant 6 personnes. Pendant plusieurs jours, l’eau chaude n’était pas disponible, fonctionnant seulement a l’énergie solaire.

Appartement spacieux, propre avec grande terrasse

Appartement clair, spacieux, bien agencé, et en première ligne sur front de mer. Vous serait séduit aussi par son emplacement, plutôt loin de la foule de touristes qui s accumulent dans la région. Au bord de plage de Anse Mitan vous aurait juste à sortir de l’appartement, descendre qq marches puis longer la plage pour trouver qq restaurants, puis prendre la route, et en 5 minutes à pied accéder à trois criques fort agréable. Vous avez aussi d autres plages encore plus belle a 15/20 mins en voiture telle que Anse Dufour ou Grand Anse. Bon voyage! ;)

Appartement vue sur mer

Appartement très agréable. Conforme à l'annonce. Accès direct à la plage. Grande terrasse. Deux places de parking. Accueil chaleureux de Johalann qui s'est tjs rendue disponible en cas de problème. Deux interventions en 15jrs pour changements des piles des télécommandes clim + ventilateur. Remise des clés repoussée à 17h le jour du départ car pas de location après nous. Je recommande.
