The 80 m² accommodation in the basement consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. The private outdoor area features a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue.



The property is about 1.5 hours away from Rostock, Stralsund, the Baltic Sea, Usedom, Poland, Burg Stargard with riding stables and summer toboggan run, Reitbahnsee, the water ski facilities at Lake Tollensesee, Waren, Penzlin, and the Feldberg Lake District.
