"Welcoming staff. Very convenient location to airport and downtown. We could walk from airport after dropping off rental car. In same parking lot as grocery store. Taxis available for quick ride to downtown.
Welcome drink was nice. View was awesome. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious coffee.
Only downside was lack of towels in bathroom and you had to pay for parking at the hotel. "
"Veldig flott hotell, med en strålende beliggenhet. Det pågikk noe arbeid i nabolaget, så det var en del anleggstrafikk forbi sitteplassene ute. Flere alternative sitteplasser på andre restauranter ved verftsområdet. Ingen sjenanse/støy på hotellrom, Flott utsikt fra 8. etasje. Frokosten var veldig bra. Vil absolutt anbefale hotellet til de som ønsker det lille ekstra. "
"All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was great and even the welcome gift in the room of a bar of excellent Norwegian chocolate. Spa was great as was the buffet breakfast and dinner. I would recommend it and Tromso to anyone looking for a great holiday."

You can spend time exploring the galleries in Tromso Lapland during your travels in Tromsø. Wander the waterfront or discover the area's northern lights views.
Cable car trip is a must! Great views over the city and fjord. Ventured out on a boat trip to chase the northern lights and we weren't disappointed! A gorgeous clear night so the lights were dancing. Tromsobadet is a must for a heated outdoor pool!

Good
Beautiful, picturesque, even more so if fortuate enough to see the Northern Lights & wildlife. The excursions are ridiculously expensive however. Have to choose wisely!! Horrendous prices! Buses are a bit odd. Drivers charge more if pay in cash!!

Beautiful city, plenty of options in winter: skiing, northern lights tour, husky ride, Sami culture experience with reindeer ride and feeding, whale watching until January, cable car with breath-taking views. Plenty of options for food too.

Beautiful place, really friendly people but excursions are very expensive. Tromso is like the United Nations, people from all over the world looking for the Aurora Borealis.

Absolutely loved Tromso. Tromso was not on our original travel plans but we were so glad that we visited there. It is such a beautiful town and I would recommend anyone traveling in Norway to visit Tromso. Plenty of food options and plenty of places

Beautiful. I could move here, regardless of the dark nights. The Norwegian people are polite, respectful, kind and honest. Tromso felt a very safe place for a woman and a child travelling alone. I'm in love with Tromso!

We came here to see the northern lights but unfortunately weren't able to see them during our visit but enjoyed other activities like Sami and reindeer feeding, and snowmobiling. Much of Tromso had icy slippery roads so be careful when walking.

Tromso was an excellent base to see the surrounding area and to see the northern lights. The town was walkable and there were lots of buses when we wanted to go to places a short distance from town. Easy to get to the airport.
"Great hotel. Great location. Awesome breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional staff. You just reserve parking as hotel spots are limited. But there is plenty of public parking around, though you must keep paying in the app. and not forget to renew time."
"One of the most beautiful and serene places I've been. Once you're there, there's not much around - and that's great. We did plenty of cycling, hiking and sauna/ plunge in the beautiful sea. "
"Lovely hotel, room was excellent, good cleanliness. View was amazing. Very happy with our three night stay. Definitely would book this again when we come back to Tromsø, which is a must."
"The location is fabulous. Breakfast is delucious. I like the idea of 5'clock cake-fika. And even a light dinner served. This is my second time i stayed in the hotel and will stay again in a few days. "
