My room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. It was a a great central location, making it an easy walk getting around. As an added bonus, not only breakfast was included in the room price, but afternoon tea and dinner. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay whilst in Tromso… great value.

Clean room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had been to Tromsø before so didn't need any recommendations of activities. Dinner was included, and breakfast, so meals were not a problem for us. Breakfast had a lot of options too.

Excellent property located in downtown, decent size room bookings included breakfast, Fika (coffee/dessert) ans dinner in booking. Has a sauna with no extra charge and gym.

A brilliant welcome on our arrival, staff are caring and engaged. The hotel is located in the heart of Tromso, close to shopping, attractions and bus routes. A laid back, unhurried experience. Buffet menu for breakfast and evening meal was included in our price with afternoon tea thrown in, which is fantastic if you're on a tight budget. Cannot praise the staff highly enough, definitely recommended. The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchair users and is also pet friendly. 10/10, thank you for a great stay
