"Happy to see a gym after a stretch without one. Got the basic room, comfortable bed and warm shower, couldn’t complain. Happy to see a gym after a long stretch without one. The difference between having a private room here and being in the same room with maybe 3 other people at a hostel was $100, so depends on your preference."

City Living Sentrum Hotell

8/10 Good
"Great central location, but can be noisy in the evenings with people about and about. Suggest bringing ear plugs or headphones for sleeping. This obviously isn't the hotels fault and it is the price you pay for being in a very central city location. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very easy to access and all doors were acceases by a code which was great not having to worry about looking after a key. There was a mini fridge in the room which was nice. The free WiFi worked really well and I never once had an issues with it. The only bad thing was the none of the TV channels worked, but I wasn't there to watch TV, so it didn't really bother me. Definitely recommend if you want a nice cheap central location in Trondheim"

"It is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is amazing. Our service during our first breakfast was very good. The second day not so much. Ended up getting my own coffee cup then my own coffee. It would be nice if the front desk kept some cash so that I could have tipped the door man. I walked 2 blocks to get cash from the ATM. I got 500 Nok bills. Front desk couldn’t make change. Door man got no tip."
