"I expected a double bed at the very least but we were given 2 single beds pushed together. Very clean room and hotel overall. Tram stop is around a 10min walk so it’s easy to get to the city centre."

Travelling with a large group can be stressful, but everything ran smoothly and the hotel was well-organised and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed during our stay. A special mention has to go to Abdi, who was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make sure our group was looked after, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience much easier for us. His friendly attitude really stood out and made a big difference. Thank you to the team for helping make our trip to Amsterdam so enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Never checked in. We missed the check-in window and reached out to the Hotel through our booking agent to see if the remaining 2 nights of our stay would be honored. They never responded. We opted to stay elsewhere. Also, hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there was a loud & noisy party that went late into the night across the street."

"We arrived late into the evening and were met by the nicest reception staff. They were really attentive and very helpful. Getting to the room it was basically brand new with how clean it was. More than enough utensils and plates needed for my trip. The property was quiet and lots of amenities available on site but also less than a five minute walk from a major public transportation hub (also a short journey time into centre) multiple supermarkets that are open until late and a big fridge to store them in. Bed was really comfy and wash room stocked with enough to last longer than we were staying. Would happily stay again "
