GINGER ACCOMMODATIONS + POOL

  • Brand new accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 large terrace, 1 bathroom/wc, air conditioning in the bedrooms (included in the price from October 1st to April 30th), ceiling fans, mosquito nets on the windows, personal BBQ, personal washing machine, free wifi, tv with French channels and other myt, secure parking, safe and a large secure swimming pool reserved for the people of the residence.<br><br>An additional 5 euros per night will be requested on site in case of request for air conditioning in winter (from June 1st to September 30th).<br><br>In the event of a request to open a 2nd bedroom for 2 people who do not wish to sleep together, an additional 5 euros per night will be requested on site.<br><br>Following the law passed by the Mauritian government, a tourist tax of 3 euros per night and per person + 12 years old is mandatory from October 1, 2025 and will be requested on site in order to be paid to the service concerned.
