"I remember holiday Inn back in the day and it was popular and expensive. So to see thy hav several in Charlottesville I was surprised. Pros: I was very impressed with how well kept it was and the lobby very spacious. Our room was nice and comfy. The folks that checked me in very kind. Ms Millie in particular. Cons: Breakfast was $16.00 not included in the room. We had handicap room but there wasn't a toliet safety rails."

"The staff was excellent- I had a problem that she offered the perfect solution for. She apologized (even though it wasn’t the hotels fault) and corrected the issue quickly and professionally. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel pool was closed (renovation) and the exercise facility had minimal weights. Breakfast was good and always had dress cold water and coffee available. Overall a very good place to stay (stayed 3 night), and will do so again."
