"EXACTLY as advertised! Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Quiet and peaceful location in neighborhood with wooded areas and LOTS of deer around. Great size cabin for our weekend. A/C was awesome, great shower, comfy bed, dryer was clutch, kitchen and living room area was spacious. Lisa was helpful and speedy responding. We plan to come back and would stay here again!!!5 mins from tubing at the Ichetucknee State Park. We went into High Springs for dinner both nights and ate at The Great Outdoors and El Patio, both awesome. We hit a bunch of other swimming holes, fishing locations. Next time we would probably just spend longer days tubing unless we knew of a good spot to fish. We didn’t know until we got there that you are able to tube all day once you are there."

"Great weekend of paddle boarding and tubing with the grandchildren. Loved that we could also bring the dog. Perfect place for a family getaway. Wished we had booked for the week. Really appreciated access to Leroy Brown Park to be able to drop in to the Ichnetuckee."

"The property itself was amazing and the house/cabin was decorated beautifully. We did encounter a problem with the refrigerator and the host did his best to try and fix it. The cabin is conveniently located by the North entrance of Ichetucknee springs state park."

"Christine was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. She even came by to say hello on our first day. Very responsive. I do wish the river was closer and not quite a small walk because my in laws are elderly and couldn’t enjoy it. The walk to the river is quite tough, hard to get kayaks out to the water, It’s a very steep walk. The ac wouldn’t go any colder than 70. Only one television which is in the livingroom so that was rough. Kitchen and home Fully stocked with all the things we needed and the kids enjoyed the play room. Overall the home and the host was great for the price"
