Northstar-at-Tahoe resort is truly a four-season destination playground. This is one of Lake Tahoe Area’s premier resort communities featuring downhill skiing, cross country skiing, skating rink, equestrian center, recreation center with gym, pools, tennis courts, and an 18 hole golf course. The vibrant slope-side central village area at Northstar is filled with restaurants, shopping, galleries, a spa, even a movie theater, and feels like a neighborhood where everyone congregates having loads of fun! Northstar California Resort offers a unique brand of laid-back luxury. There is a summer mountain bike park, 24 hour security and complimentary shuttle service for owners and guests.
Our cozy and comfortable home is located in a convenient, sunny location in the Northstar Resort, and the home is located near the Northstar golf course, Northstar ski slopes, clubhouse, village and the Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe.
Enjoy all that Northstar has to offer from this fine home tastefully furnished and full of mountain charm located just steps away from a trailhead to the Tompkins Trail system. This home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in a floor plan that will appeal. Granite countertops in kitchen and hickory hardwood floors were installed in 2017. This rustic mountain style creates a perfect living space.
