2. Parking for 3 vehicles (Garage parking for 1 vehicle, driveway parking for 2 vehicles). No parking allowed on the street year-round.
3. Access to Schaffer's Mill Amenities is restricted to Schaffer's Mill Members and their guests only (Except The Sawyer Restaurant. *Reservations required).
4. There is construction taking place in this neighborhood and across the fairway from this home. Some nuisance may be expected. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
5. All leases are individually negotiated, and thus the date picker will not always reflect up-to-date availability. Please reference the "rates and availability" tab for estimated cost and availability.

Great location, wonderful home

Enjoyed the space, location, and amenities at this home. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Any questions that came up were answered quickly by Tahoe Getaways' friendly staff. I hope to book with them next year.
