This 3-bedroom condo in Truckee is perfect for your escape to the mountains. With a king bed and ensuite, queen bed, and queen bunk beds, this gorgeous property offers a tranquil retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washer & dryer, high speed WiFi and dedicated desk and workspace to make the perfect long term stay! Perfect for those working remote, we’re a 10 min walk to the slopes at Donner ski hill or a 15 min drive to the beach and Donner lake. The 2 bathrooms feature a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Kitchen is fully loaded with most appliances and tools to cook any meal. The condo is located up the hill in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy the fluttering aspen trees and sunsets on the deck in the summer and tons of snow play just out the front door in the winter. A perfect escape anytime of the year!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave house as you found it. All dishes washed and put away. Trash taken out and disposed in the bear box 12541 1. All trash and recycling must be in their designated bags and in one bin.
Strip beds and wash and dry sheets and towels. Return towels to linen closets. Leave clean sheets on beds. Cleaners will make the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
