The main level features an open-concept kitchen and living area designed for gathering and relaxing. The gourmet kitchen includes a state-of-the-art La Cornue gas range, spacious island, and bar seating, while the great room offers a leather sofa, club chairs, gas fireplace, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom is also located on this level and features a king bed, television, walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite bathroom.

The lower level includes a second king bedroom and a spacious bunk room, making Hawk's Peak especially well suited for families traveling with children. The bunk room features three twin-over-twin bunk beds with trundle beds, comfortably sleeping up to six children. The room also includes a television, dedicated play area, and desks for remote learning. A second full bathroom serves the guest bedroom and bunk room.

During the warmer months, enjoy outdoor living on the expansive 400+ square-foot Trex deck, complete with outdoor dining and bench seating.
