This delightful, two-level townhome offers vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table for six to eight people. Additional features include dual guest suites, each with a king size bed and attached bathroom, a third bedroom with a king size bed (can be converted into two twin beds), a washer/dryer and two-car garage.

Guests will enjoy views of the mountains and Old Greenwood’s Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course from the furnished deck (with BBQ), as well as access to ‘The Pavilion’ featuring an outdoor, year-round, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and bar/grill. Golf, tennis, a waterslide, playground and ski shuttle service to Northstar California are offered seasonally.
