Centrally located, it’s just a short distance from the best attractions in the Lake Tahoe area, making it the perfect getaway for every season. Whether you're skiing in winter, hiking in summer, or enjoying year-round outdoor activities, this townhome offers the ideal location for all your Tahoe adventures.

Upon entering the home through the attached garage, you’ll step into a spacious main level that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room. A cozy gas fireplace takes center stage in the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a gas range stove, granite countertops, and island seating, making it a great space for preparing meals for family and friends. From the living room, you’ll have easy access to a private outdoor hot tub area, complete with seasonal seating, ideal for unwinding after a long day.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, and an ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub, his-and-her sinks, and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall, the second full bathroom is conveniently located near the other two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The laundry room is also located on the second floor for added convenience.
This townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Tahoe area.

* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
