2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months. This driveway slopes downward toward the house. Caution should be exercised in the winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
