TWO HOMES DESIGNED FOR GROUP TRAVEL

The homes are directly next to each other but are not internally connected. Everyone can remain close while enjoying separate kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms and sleeping areas.

Families can divide comfortably between the homes, children can settle into one space while adults gather next door, and couples can enjoy private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two kitchens also make preparing meals for a large group significantly easier.

NORTHSTAR AT YOUR DOORSTEP

The homes are located in Village Walk, an upscale residential enclave inside Northstar California Resort.

Walk to Northstar Village for skiing, gondolas, dining, shopping, ice skating and après-ski. After a day on the mountain, return to two private hot tubs, fireplaces and spacious gathering areas.

Complimentary access to the nearby Village Swim & Fitness Center is included. The Northstar Recreation Center is available for an additional daily fee.

During seasonal operating hours, Northstar’s gondola system provides access to on-mountain dining at Schaffer’s Camp. The Highlands Gondola also offers convenient access to The Ritz-Carlton for dining, spa appointments and additional mountain amenities.

Downtown Truckee and Lake Tahoe are an easy drive from the homes. A vehicle is recommended for grocery shopping and activities outside Northstar.

Guests have exclusive access to both townhomes, including both kitchens, living rooms, private hot tubs, decks, garages and outdoor spaces.

Both homes provide garage and driveway parking. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

• These homes are located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood and are intended for respectful family vacations, ski groups and gatherings of friends.
• Parties, events and excessive outdoor noise are not permitted.
• Seasonal minimum-stay requirements apply.
• Parking is allowed only in the designated garages and driveways. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• Mountain weather and seasonal resort operations may affect roads, lift access and gondola schedules.
• Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter conditions.
