David und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit gewesen und sehr freundlich ( wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit unserem Auto und David hat uns sofort zu einer Garage gefahren wo das Problem schnell behoben wurde). "Clean, comfortable, and convenient. with emphasis on the convenient, This property is right on the plaza with multiple restaurants just steps from the front door. Sights (church, castle, and museums) are within easy walking distance. Host responded quickly and was very informative regarding the property and the local area (very good English also). "Loved the location although it is a bit of a challenge to get to the apartment from the 12 Euro a night parking garage. Description states that there is on site parking? If you have health issues I would not recommend staying at this location as you will have to haul your luggage from the parking garage, across the street, down at least two stories of stairs to a crowded narrow street, down a couple of more blocks to the apartment. "Such a tired looking hotel now. Our bathroom was unacceptably dirty. Clearly it hadn’t had a thorough clean in a while. We complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room. We declined as we didn’t want a new room just a clean one. They said the bathroom was dirty because it was old but we disagreed. Next day the bathroom had been cleaned with a toothbrush. We knew that because they left the filthy brush on the sink. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. Disappointed overall as the room wasn’t cheap and we’d invited my son and girlfriend to their room and was meant to be a treat. "

"Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!"
