Nice hotel and staff, just don't stay in 210

The hotel and the staff were very friendly, unfortunately the room we were assigned seems like it might have been the worst room in the hotel. We were above the entry to the hotel and there was a very bright light outside all night long as well as constantly hearing everyone who came and went. Also, our room didn't have any outside seating which most of them did or any real view of the beautiful greenspace within the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I just wouldn't want to stay in room 210 again ever.

My perfect home away from home

This place is one I return to as often as possible. It's perfectly clean perfectly kept and perfectly staffed. Everyone from the cooks to the cleaners and the receptionists are helpful and friendly. I love staying here and exploring the town.

Great place

We originally booked for 1 night but end up staying for 4 nights. From the staff to the facilities the all experience was delightful. It s located at the end\beginning of the town so it s more quite that the places in town which are very reachable by walking distance in a safe area.

This hotel is clean and has good atmosphere, with beautiful garden. They have delicious breakfast. A nice pool for a family. I also enjoyed using the table tennis. I have stayed several times and will again. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also in a convenient and safe location.

Nicest place in Haunchaco

This is probably the nicest place to stay in Haunchaco. It’s a bit off the beach road but that was nice because it’s quiet at night. The whole hotel is super clean and the employees are lovely. We stayed in the pool view,balcony, double suite. The water was hot :-) Haunchaco itself is a bit of a dive so having this hotel to stay at kinda saved it.
