In a side by side duplex with parking and peaceful outdoor space. Enjoy beautiful views, sunsets, and wildlife. Smoking permitted outside. Close proximity to many parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, wineries and breweries. Close to Cornell University, and Ithaca College.
