This gorgeous 3 bedroom 2.5 bath village home is newly renovated and designed to host your group in modern comfort with large dose of historic design. As part of the 16 Elm Heritage Hotel family of accommodations this house will undoubtedly leave you with a delightful stay in the village of Trumansburg. This property has a great layout with design that allows for an easy flow but cozy spaces.
This property has a great layout on the main level with design that allows for an easy flow but cozy spaces. It all starts with a large living room, den with Smart TV, dining room with seating for 8 and a large modern kitchen with island seating – you’ll have everything you need and plenty of space to relax. Upstairs are 3 queen bedrooms – 1 with ensuite bath with laundry. Two bedrooms share another bathroom cleverly designed with separate shower and lavatory rooms so the amenities can be used in privacy by multiple people at the same time. The upstairs landing hosts a daybed that can be used for an additional guest. Large wrap around front porch, adorable sunroom and a back deck round out the spaces. A large yard allows for games or relaxing. This well designed guest house is situated 1 block from Main St where you'll find all the coffee, cafes and shops. All this about 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls State Park, 10 min from Downtown Ithaca, and moments from the Cayuga Wine Trail.
Guests have access to the entire property, large yard, parking for up to 3 cars. Guests may also wander the gardens of our sister property 16 Elm Heritage Hotel, an historic mansion immediately adjacent.
