"Altho it said no vacancy the place did not seem even half full. So why put us under another occupied room? Squeaky floors and luckily they did not walk around too much at night! The room was cute and nice large sliders to private balcony looking out to PTown but Bathroom is tiny! Never got to use the pool as it’s locked at 6 pm. This is early for summer vacation. We stayed 3 nights never had maid service or saw anyone on the grounds for the entire stay which seemed strange. Short on help maybe??"

"Cabins. Small with everything you need. Would definitely need car as kind of remote but outer cape. Beds comfy. Refrigerator, microwave, sink, all dishes We had a queen and two twins and 4 total adults. Bathroom small but manageable. Overall a great property"

"We stayed at the hummingbird cottage, which was quite charming. The property itself was serene, and we loved using the grill, as well as the firepit on the cool nights. Our dog, Goldie loved the freedom she had with running around the yard, (1st thing in the morning), as well as the long walks we took. We are looking forward to return sometime next year."

"We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee maker…the unit only has a Keurig. The unit has 2 refrigerators. One is very old and barely keeps things cold so you have to be strategic about what you put in there. The other one is a college size and both the fridge and freezer work but you can’t fit much in it. We ended up using our cooler. It seems that it’s time for a new fridge and everyone would appreciate the upgrade. The bed is on the firm side but with a memory foam mattress topper it wascomfortable. When we arrived the kitchen area had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. I had to spend a lot of time communicating through phone, text and e-mail about this. I did finally get the majority of my cleaning fee refunded. However, this consumed a lot more of my time than it should have. Another positive is the AC. It was very hot when we were there and it was nice to walk into a cool room. In my opinion, this unit is best for 2 adults. You could probably make it work with young children but it would be tight with teens or adults."
