"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."

"It was a little tricky to find initially as we arrived in the dark. The Barn has been tastefully furnished an absolute stylish kitchen and living area with lots of room. It was spotless. The bedrooms were of a good size. The only negative were the beds. They were ok but having a bad back and shoulder I do need a good mattress that supports. I do not sleep well with a bed too hard or bouncy. The outside area is lovely , however due to being away for most of the weekend and than rain we did not...

"We had a lovely stay at this property in Porthtowan. We were a party of 8, 2 families, and the house was perfect. Very clean, everything we needed and a lovely welcome pack of goodies when we arrived. Brilliant communication throughout with the host. 5 min walk to the beach, great bar and restaurant also just a 5 min walk. Bit cold when we went but we braved the sea and so glad we did! Great time had by all."

"What a fantastic find! I've stayed on the Roseland peninsula before and visited many times, but Portloe really is in a class of its own. Farm Cottage was delightful - a real home from home. It's patently clear that many happy times have been spent here and ours was just another chapter. The host could not have been nicer, alerting us to events and throughout the week and helping us to unlock the secrets of this charming corner of Cornwall. "What a beautiful property -easy to find in a beautiful area with fab views. The property had everything you need and more especially in the kitchen and is well maintained. Loved the wood burning fire and there was excellent communication from the owner. Great location to enjoy St Mawes and Portcatho. Enjoyed meals at the Hidden Hut and The Standard Inn and easy access to King Harry Ferry. Would highly recommend and would love to come again"

"We stayed for 3 nights over a Weekend in March, and even with iffy (cold, bit rainy) it was wonderful. House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. The setting at the end of the street means you get both water and headline views, with nothing in between, and walk directly unto the headland trails. Big kitchen, big dining...
