"Arrived hereoretty late and nobody picked up the phone to let us in. Eventually tracked down someone and they said it was full. I showed the reservation and they said they did not do third part bookings
They saw that the price I paid was noticeably lower than thir rates and laughed in my face and left me to go fend for myself and find another spot last minute. "
"We loved the ambience of the hotel. Everywhere you looked were bits of history from photographs and paintings to the antique furniture. The room was comfortable with all the amenities you could need and the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a FABULOUS find!"
"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "
