Small but nice place, close to train station and downtown. We walked everywhere. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Much appreciated, thank you! Breakfast was good with a wide variety of offerings. Like many places we found it did not have AC (and it was quite warm and humid when we visited). But the open window and fan helped.

Very nice hotel 2 blocks from the lake. Great breakfast and nice people. Big rooms, nice towels and bathroom. Would stay again! 20 minute walk to the train station.

CitizenM is very walkable to central Zurich, with many trams and train station options nearby. The building itself is a bit dated, but they have remodeled it so the room itself is very modern. The smart TV and iPad control aren't very user friendly.

"The place was clean and nice. Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. ..."
