"Location is great. When the staff asked if we wanted valet parking or self parking we chose self parking. We found a spot easily. We spent 20 plus minutes trying to find the elevator. After finding 2 locked doors we called the front desk. We were very frustrated. If the staff had directed us to park in the correct parking level, we would have easily and quickly found the elevator. In the future, have staff go down to the parking garage to actually SEE where patrons should park."

"We have stayed at Blackcomb Suites many times and are always pleased with the hotel, staff, amenities, and location. This time we were put on the 3rd floor which I assumed was higher up but was ground floor. A little boggy outside our balcony, a little less pleasant than the upper floors. I would recommend asking for a higher floor for comfort and safety. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay!"
