"The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely. One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests."

"Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would...
