The room was cozy and comfortable. Quiet because my room was on high floor. Sound proof was very good I must say. The staff was very friendly too.

Location is very convenient, including the transits , dining & shopping. Something I don't like the washroom : toilet flushing is getting old , not functioning properly. Room temperature with high humidity outside.AC hardly adjustable . It makes Quality of room air are damp & wet . It's time hotel need to start doing more maintenances. Bed sheets and Mattress r clean & comfortable. Still a good place to stay .

The location is very convenient, it’s located at the big shopping mall. The neighborhood is easy to walk, lots of food around. The complaints are the equipments in the hotel are not very convenient. The design inside is a bit weird, they don’t provide HK charger for you, for our room we only have one outlet that can charge our phone(I brought my own charge head) is far away at the table, not next to the bed. The hair dryer is very old style, no proper hanger that could reach easily in the restroom.

I rated this place 3-star because the floor I was in has a moldy smell on the hallway. The room temperature cannot be adjusted so what’s the use of the control? The beddings feels wet… can’t describe it. The sensor light by the door keeps turning on when a door next to our room closes heavily. It’s annoying. However, this hotel is strategically located in everything that you need to do. Can’t complain about that.

Nina Hotel in Tseun Wan West is a modern, well-run hotel in a convenient location. It is only a 2-3 walk to the nearest subway station, which takes you quickly south into Kowloon or north into the New Territories. There are multiple modern shopping complexes next door with many restaurants and shops.

This is my second time stay during xmas eve, and with the busy seasons, the exceptional services Nina provided never fail us. The room is lovely with spectacular view and a birthday cut cake was provided as my other half's birthday. The room was well equipped, even came with a wardrobe room. One word, stunning!

Convenient to everything! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, overall is good! During the stay, the weather was not good, cold & strong wind outside. The strong winds made some of the lift were not working properly, have to wait & wait the door closed tightly, then the lift moved up to my floor.

Overall, the hotel is good especially the convenient location. However, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. It was not due to the cleaniness. I guess it was from the sewage. The house keeper did excellent job everyday.

The hotel is good for 4 star. Very good location for shop, eating, transportation. But in the room, the hire blower they provide can’t put into the electric outlet next to the mirror, limited electrical outlet, none of the electric outlets can be used even for phone chargers. The safe is not working (which is fixed later).
