"This is a great hotel. From the moment you walk into the lobby with its soaring decor, you know this hotel is something special. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (their English is excellent). No sooner had we asked where to find ice but it was delivered to our door. The room was pristine, the bed super comfortable with soft sheets and the bathroom was an experience of its own. ( we had a room with a bathtub, shower and a wonderful Japanese toilet). The only quibble I might have is with the limited shuttle hours, but the hotel is very close to the Otari metro station with a short trip to the airport. All in all a wonderful stay."

"The hotel was great comfortable beds, excellent location, very easy to run around town and find our way back. The staff was very nice. Definitly get the breakfast buffet, very delicious. Good way to start off the day of touring around the city. Lots of convienent stores, restaurants, and things to around the hotel. Vey walkable area."

"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"
