"We got a private section shared between 3 friends,
The room was clean well taken care of, however the mattresses were not as comfortable but that to be expected for a capsule hotel "

"Great service for our first hotel stay in Japan, staff was very patient and with our struggle with the language barrier and the room was clean and had enough space for 2 ppl and their bags. Pillows are very small and uncomfortable and sleep was tough to come by bc of it, but beyond that I can’t complain. "
"The staff are very nice. I dont really speak Japanese and they dont really speak english but they tried very hard got the message through. I look forward to staying again if i come back to Himeji.😀"
