"Amazing stay! All the staff were very kind and helpful. We got the double with the bigger bathtub on the balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. There's beautiful garden in the bottom floor which was perfect for a night stroll after dinner. The kaiseki dinner was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There's also a shuttle that takes you to hook station. "

"Amazing place, stayed two nights with a lake view. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay in Hakone. Car is necessary to get around, to and from the hotel and all the sites. "

"although expensive, i would say it’s worth it for the experience. the room is massive and super clean. i would definitely recommend booking the rooms that include a private onsen. lounge offers free wine and snacks including ice cream. drum show was also very cool and the garden is very pretty. there is not much to explore outside of the hotel, but they do offer free hotel bus shuttle pick up from and to kawaguchiko station. would recommend staying here. "
