9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,477 reviews)
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, the room was lovely, and everything was very clean. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only downside was the beds are a vit hard and the elevator situation. Having to take two separate elevators just to get in and out of the hotel was a bit frustrating, especially since they were often quite busy.
Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM.

"The hotel itself was beautiful! Rooms were pristine with great views of the city. The staff were very helpful and the all you can eat buffet served during lunch and dinner had some good options. It’s also close to a few train stations. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there ..."

"Not the greatest experience. Very crowded hotel. The worst part, was that the lobby was on the second floor, and you needed to take the escalator to get there. This led to a lot of congestion, so I’m not sure what the thinking was in terms of this design. On top of that, the spa and laundry facilities ..."
