"The property is located in a central area to the pier and the gaslamp quarter. The hotel is obviously older, but well maintained. We did have issues with the wifi and the accent light between the beds not turning off after maintenance had left for the night. I was compensated with the resort fee being refunded for that night. "

"Cheap thin towels in bathroom. Shower floor extremely slippery. Front desk kept giving out wrong info. Seemed bothered by us answering straightforward questions. Pluses: great view and location. Servers during breakfast and valet staff were very nice and helpful."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The issues are parking is very limited. We had to park on the street. The area is has a large population of homeless. Normally Best Western has breakfast as part of the stay but you have to pay extra at this hotel. "

"No one was at the front desk when we arrived, and the lady was complaining there were no towels and she was waiting for a while for them. This place reeked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t even go under the covers the floors were disgusting. The bathtub was dirty and gross. There wasn’t even a trashcan in the place. I wouldn’t turn the lights off in fear that roaches might come crawling out. The only reason we stayed was because it was late & we had to wake up at four in the morning and it was close to the airport. I do not recommend anyone stay here. Such a waste of $! We should’ve just stayed at the airport."

"My family and I had a great stay at OMNI. We were in town for a Savannah Bananas game and being next to PETCO was super convenient as well it's proximity to all the restaurants in the Gaslamp. The kids really loved all the baseball memorabilia around the hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great."

"NOT GOOD AT ALL LEFT CAME BACK TO FIND OUT HOWARD JOHNSON CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY NOR MY DEPOSIT CLAIMING I DAMAGED A MATTRESSE NOT TRUE I CALLED EXPEDIA TO GET MY REFUND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND STILL FIGHTING FOR MY DEPOSIT NOT GOOD ALSO I STAYED 5 DAYS AND THE ELECTRICITY WAS OUT FOR ABOUT 3 to 5 HOURS FOR 3DAYS IN A ROW KEEPES TURNING OFF AND ON FOR THAOE HOURS I AM DISABLED AND MY WIFE IS DIABETIC!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE AT ALL NOT EVEN FKR FREE !!!!"

"Air conditioning was good safe parking room was clean but there was a plumbing failure at 7:00am Sunday and management gave me armful of towels and I mopped up all the leaked water all over the floor. Had to check out early cause the toilet broke and didn’t receive any compensation. Management told me they didn’t any rooms to move to"
