Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.

Unterkunft sehr sauber, genügend Platz und gut eingerichtet. Lage ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (auch nicht so anstrengende Almwaderungen und Waalwege) und um Auto stehen zu lassen. I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa.
