The 1st floor houses the 3 additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

There is a beautiful promenade along the beach and the villa is only 300 m from a beautiful pebble beach and 5 km from the cultural and economic centre - Makarska. As shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance, a car is not essential.

There are many amenities for an active holiday in this area, whether you want to do water sports or visit various cultural sights. Due to the beautiful views, local culinary specialities and quality wines, tourists often visit the hamlets in Gornji Tuepi.
