I loved the convenience to the airport, the staff was very nice, the casino was great, the pool and spa were great as well. I will definitely come back.

Bedroom was great!! Except.. We went to the buffets at night and it was closed and then in the morning again close :(, we had to go out for breakfast.

During our stay, the power went out at 3am, which lead to the air conditioner in our room was not working properly and the maintenance men had to come into our room and physically turn off and on. There were dead cockroaches in the hallways, leading from the hotel to the casino. The Front Desk Manager; Ale was unprofessional, disrespectful, and confrontational when I asked for compensation for the inconvenience in the air conditioner not working properly and suggested moving us to a smaller room, which was verified by a hotel employee, she argued that it was the same size, However, a hotel employee confirmed it was a smaller room that we had originally reserved. Ale's unprofessionalism as a manager needs to be evaluated. The service and employees have downgraded the experience of the Desert Diamond Hotel.

Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our staff did everything we could to accommodate your stay and your requests. You were given multiple discounts by both of my Supervisors Ale and Marisa. Our facilities team advised you of the situation in regards to the continual air flow in your room and that the vents would have to be closed and opened manually to stop the continual air flow from your room. You were given an option to move to an similar room, however you declined. Therefore, discounts were given as compensation, for any inconvenience.

The worst part of this property is if they put you near elevator it's so loud, and they don't tell you anything. Also if you on the side of the airport it's also very loud at least notify the guest.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The whole place is very clean. I also loved the pool area. The fire pits and jacuzzi really fit with the cold desert night.

We purchased 2 rooms. In 1 we found a few long black hairs in the bed. Pillows were very fluffy & I was worried about getting a stiff neck So I slept very uncomfortable. coffee shop wasnt opened till 7 and i was up since 1am. Did i mention our shower was moldy. No air vent/ fans in the restrooms. Outside environment looked ghetto. 1st & last time here.

The weather was nice. Dog friendly, but not in the Casino. We assumed the hotel AND casino would be the same, dog friendly. Very disappointed after a two hour drive and no other open casinos in the area, at that time.

It was a nice stay. Our room was clean and very nice. We felt safe there. The Casino is huge and very nice. The food in the Diamond Caffee was super and we got a voucher for some money off. Also for the machines we got some money for. Thank you for a nice stay and we are planning to come back another time.

The only disappointment, which was huge, was the lack of good food. The buffet was terrible. Everything was overcooked, and looked like days old. After being on the road for several days.and wanting a good dining meal, and not have to wait on it it was a huge disappointment.

The bar close to the pool was closed and we were told we could get a drink in the casino,but u are not allowed in the casino with a swimsuit on,which was not told to us.staff said we could and the manager said no.

Very nice room, clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Friendly staff, nice location, close to airport but there was no plane noise to speak of. We would stay here again!
