"The staff was absolutely amazing! Some of the nicest people I have ever met. The room was above expectations and the food was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"First room had blood stain in mattress. Second room had silverfish. Room was not well-maintained, with sticky areas on desk, outlets and switches. Pool doesn't open until 8:00 am and hotel supplies morning coffee but no half and half. We should have stayed elsewhere."

"The review for the hotel itself is a 5 star!! Rooms are very big and roomy. Hotel staff was amazing. The casino staff (in particular: the staff at the Players Club) were horrible. Customer service there was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. I tried to get my veterans players card and they would not except an old military ID I had (which I get), so when I asked what I can show them (I was visiting from another city 4 hours away) another lady approached me and started the conversation out with “What seems to be your problem?” I proceeded to explain to her that I have been in customer service for over 25 years and that is NOT how you start a conversation with a customer. Anyway, I don’t have enough energy to type the rest. Just be aware of the customer service on the casino side. GREAT HOTEL though."

"Didn't dine there. Parking seems safe, yet the place fills up inexplicably later in the evening, although the place is still relatively quiet. Location is fantastic, with several newer non-franchise restaurants with 1 mile or less, and a Trader Joes nearby. Rooms have Starbucks coffee and a fridge which is a big plus. The ACAI food truck that sets up near by is pretty cool as well. "

"The view is beautiful and the staff was excellent. I did take issue with the cost of parking….why are you charging guests of the hotel if they park themselves? It’s not that you are short of space, such as being downtown! My morning coffee. Large brewed coffee, nothing fancy was $6 +tax+Tip= $8.00 for a reg coffee. By 10:30am all pool chairs were taken. The cost of Easter Brunch was130.00 p/person add in a couple of drinks and tip and my bill was $504.00 USD for 3people. All the nickel and dime stuff was a bit ridiculous. "
