Not their fault, but no AC until 10pm one night and no pro-active compensation. One-side drapery light leak a real drag.

Honestly, it was just okay. The room was clean, so there's that. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. ...
