"Cuando hice la reserva, la forma como estaba apuntado en el anúncio me dejó la impresión de que el aparacamiento estaba incluído en el precio del alojamiento, ya que no habia un cobro extra por este servicio como por por ejemplo había por el desayuno. Antes del día del checkin, llegué a enviar mensajes preguntando por el aparcamiento, y el establecimiento contestó que " no es posible reservar por adelantado. Solo desde recepción siempre sujeto a disponibilidad", otra vez sin hablar de pagos extras. Y resulta que cuando llegamos nos cobraron 28 Euros a más por el aparcameinto, condicionando la entrega de las llaves al pago. Podríamos haber pagado desde de la reserva si hubiese sido cobrando en el momento de la reseva. Me desgustó la forma poco clara del establecimiento para tratar sobre este tema."

"The fact that dogs are allowed was crucial for us. A water and food bowl set and a dog bed had been placed in the room before we arr. Staff members were very helpful and pleasant. All front desk staff could speak English, which made things much easier for us, as we just moved to Vigo and know little Spanish. The central location in Vigo put all services we wanted within an easy walking distance."

"There was no AC in the room, and the fan was very noisy. Other than this, it was ideal for late-night arrivals at the airport, as it was just a 10min walk."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Hesperia during our first trip to mainland Spain, where we were attending a wedding in the region. Before check-in, we were offered a great-value upgrade to a terrace room, and it exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to have the entire corner terrace to ourselves, with beautiful mountain views. It was definitely worth the upgrade! The hotel was easy to find, and there were plenty of great brunch spots within walking distance. We also appreciated the 24/7 vending and hot drinks machines in the lobby, which were really handy for snacks and drinks. Our room was cleaned daily, with the bed made and amenities restocked each day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly when explaining how the laundry service worked. The only slight disappointment was the laundry service. My partner’s suit jacket was considered too delicate to wash or press, so it wasn’t done, although we weren’t charged for it, which was appreciated. My partner’s shirt was pressed and charged for, but unfortunately it still had some noticeable creases afterwards. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Hotel Hesperia. If you have the chance, the terrace room upgrade is absolutely worth it!"
